Professional Biography
Claudia Rhoades is a Postdoctoral Scholar with the Center for Economic Analysis of Rural Health (CEARH). Claudia has a B.A. in International Relations from Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico, an M.S. in International Studies from Oklahoma State University, and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University. Claudia’s main research areas are economic development and health economics. She is passionate about economic development, health equity, education, and poverty alleviation.
